End the ADHD Nightmare for Good. . .  Banish Hyperactivity, Stop Inattention, Safely, Naturally and Without the Use of Harmful ADHD Drugs…

The ADHD/ADD Natural Remedy Report

This report takes dead aim at the traditionally accepted ways of dealing with ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

The author, Dr Scott Saunders, looks at the reasons for the rise in the diagnosis of ADHD cases in the last 20 years. He looks at the rush to easy solutions and the prescription of medications such as Ritalin, Concerta and Metadate which oftentimes can do more harm than good.

Among other things this report shows the link between ADHD and allergies and gives a simple 3 step plan for reducing the intake of allergenic foods.

It also recommends foods that it claims will “work wonders” while it cautions against other foods and supplements that are actually bad for the ADHD sufferer.

Also included is a survival guide for parents of ADHD children. While a lot of this may seem like common sense it is always surprising how many of us, under the stresses of everyday life, forget or don’t know how to use the commonly available resources at our disposal to relieve the stresses on ourselves and our ADHD children.

This report is a highly recommended resource.

What is Adult ADHD

Adult ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a serious malady that,in most cases,is a continuation of the childhood disorder. ADHD is not outgrown as some theorists would have you believe. Some adults have simply developed coping mechanisms that allow them to function more normally. Not only is it serious but it is also pervasive. The current estimate is that there are more than 10 million Adult ADHD victims in the US today.

Sufferers  of this disorder have a very difficult time with concentration and organization. The sufferer might procrastinate, fail to complete one task before moving on to another and lose things on a regular basis. In addition, they are likely to have messy and cluttered work and living spaces.

They may also develop compulsive eating habits, abuse alcohol or drugs and forget to take their medication. Compounding all of this is inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity.

ADHD victims may constantly seek high stimulation activities as they get bored very easily. Video games are a favourite of ADHD suffers. Some even get into high risk physical activities such as dirt biking or mixed martial arts. An element of danger seems to be a major attraction for ADHDers.

With all of this, how do you go about managing your ADHD?

Generally speaking, the first action to be taken is to provide order to the sufferer. Institute the use of a day planner! Get one small enough for a pocket or purse and write things down. A wall chart in the sufferer's private space can be a major asset in remembering dates and occasions. Establishing regular times and schedules for daily activities brings an element of order into the individual's life and reduces stress.

Working with a health care professional to modify undesirable behaviour and to deal with the emotional effects of the disorder can be very beneficial to an adult who desires to manage ADHD effectively. Getting help in developing and improving life skills such as organization, productivity and memory is another worthwhile step for many adults with ADHD.
